Service fees are communicated prior to engagement. Payments must be made in full before services commence, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or approved electronic payment systems.
Refunds may be granted under specific circumstances:
If services have not yet begun;
If a client cancels within three (3) business days of payment;
If FincoreTrust fails to deliver the agreed scope of work due to internal error.
Refunds are not available once advisory services, document preparation, or consultations have been rendered. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@FincoreTrust.com within 10 business days of purchase.
FincoreTrust does not guarantee financial results, investment returns, or tax outcomes. Our advice is based on current market conditions and regulations, which are subject to change.
